Our Distributors
If your business is outside of the UK, then we may pass your data on to one of our appropriate distributors for your region. If this is the case, then you will be informed beforehand and the passing of your data will only take place with your express permission. Our distributor’s contact details will be sent to you, and any further enquiries you have regarding your data will need to be forwarded to them.

Any quotes that we make for you will be deemed invalid after 90 days and will be deleted if a contract is not agreed upon.
Once an order is complete, we will retain your details, including emails sent to us, in our archive as these order details are required by law for tax and accounting purposes, and to ensure that we can continue providing a quality service while your machine is at your site. This information will be needed to ensure that any maintenance, repair work or modification can be carried out by our staff for your specified machine/s.
